The way I write music, the way I perform it, the way I live my life, is all based or connected to the idea and concept on improvisation.
Have a curious mind, always strive to do your best and don’t forget why you chose music in the first place. The classical world is in danger of losing its vitality; it’s up to us to make people realise how great this music is.
Compositions happen in small bits, over time and you react to things in rehearsals. So, for me it’s about having an open-minded approach and a flexible mindset.
