I came to contemporary music as an extension of the alternative rock I was listening to at the time – I don’t see why anyone couldn’t do the same if the path was open to them.
I would say the idea of “finding one’s voice” is crucial to becoming a composer
I am driven to create striking, atmospheric and immersive sound worlds, which take the listener
on a journey. I love exploring rich, layered, kaleidoscopic harmonies that ebb and flow and
mutate.
My definition of success as a musician is being happy!
