I enjoy presenting repertoire that is neglected and placing it with more well-known pieces – it can often make an interesting juxtaposition and show qualities in the works that perhaps otherwise go unnoticed
Getting up in the morning and knowing I still love music as much as ever
I think we should stop sacrificing all of the tradition, first of all. Traditions could be more easy to access maybe, but I don’t think necessarily that we have to stop doing what we do.
